Empty statistics on awstats

Empty statistics on awstats

Hello,

I have installed awstats and it is generating the static pages but they are no access showed, everything thing is 0.

I guess this is because of the logformat directive. I tried the one that is on the wiki, and also tried

LogFormat = 1

But none worked.

Anyway to fix this?

I'm not that familiar with awstats, but I'd guess there are many things that could be wrong. Do you get any error messages in logs? Does it work from the command line? How are you running it? What else have you tried? Which wiki page did you follow?
