I'm looking to start up my own web comic, but I have no idea whatsoever about good CMS for it. Google turns up a few results, But I'd like to find others opinions on this. Something that's possible to integrate with WordPress is a major plus.

One of my fave comics uses http://www.comikaze.org/ or a derivative of it. Looks pretty good to me :)

The other route is to go homegrown or to create a custom theme for your wordpress and have a "comics" category and some mod_rewrite magic.

Another option is CUSP -- http://cusp.sourceforge.net/
I think it was written by some of the 8-bit Theater folks. They used to use it on their site, though I don't know if that's the case any longer.
