Gallery, Warning: Failed opening ...

Hello, After browsing through many Gallery Q+A posts, I am closer than ever to getting Gallery to run properly.
Now, I have it running, I can upload pictures, but I get a strange error with each image:
Warning: Failed opening 'html_wrap/inline_albumthumb.header.default' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/.kafka/jchan/jchan.com/gallery/util.php on line 581
I can't make use of any of the pull-down menus when I log in. Any clues what's going on?
