Upload script wont work anymore

Hi there,
Im running on my website a upload script for uploading image galleries for my adult page.
Since yesterday the script doesnt work anymore. When i upload it will crash or something.
I store the script in a subdomain called 'galleries'. Photo's are saved in /photos/ and with mod_rewrite changes is to / .
After i have tried to upload a zip , viewing the galliers dont work for a while.
Is there a reason why it doenst work? On my localhost is just runs fine.
