Wordpress optimization with high traffic

I host a site (rrrrthats5rs.com) using WordPress with WP-Cache. It receives around 25,000 hits per day. Does anyone have some pointers for reducing server load generated by WordPress, or a suggested replacement that offers similar functionality with lower resource usage?
