Problem with MySql query results being displayed in Mambo.

Hi all,
I get this error message when I execute a SQL query using the DB Query 1.2 component via Mambo:
Warning: Unexpected character in input: '' (ASCII=15) state=1 in /usr/local/dh/cgi-system/php.cgi on line 4122
Parse error: parse error, unexpected '*' in /usr/local/dh/cgi-system/php.cgi on line 4122
Anyone have any suggestion on the fix?
