NMS FormMail Version 3.14c1

Hello, all.

I'm trying desperately to install "NMS FormMail Version 3.14c1" (the same script I believe DH offers as a canned script), but I keep receiving, "Method Not Allowed
The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL
/cgi-bin/scriptname.cgi." error whenever I try to execute it.

I've tired testing other scripts, renaming directories, moving files, etc. but same bug.

I've CHMOD all scripts and directories (even including the site's) to 755, nothing works.

I've resorted to temporarily using the canned version, but I 'd like to customize it a bit more. Nevermind that there are other scripts I'd like to install.

I've installed and modified scripts before (on non suexec hosts) - so I'm not a n00b - although I suddenly feel like one.

Help! Please! Anybody! Anybody!

I've never used that script but I did look at the one dreamhost has. I use a php form mail script myself, maybe it will be of some use to you. I think I posted the link to it to help someone else somewhere else here on the forum a few days ago (i don't really remember lol).
