WYSIWYG in Joomla

Hi,
I'm getting "permission denied" errors when trying to use the WYSIWYG in Joomla (off of one-click install). It's whenever I try to do something form-based, like insert a link, image or table. The forms spawn ok (occasional errors) but then when I plug in what I want and click "OK" or even "Cance" nothing happens. I've tried CH MOD on the relevent directories, but to no avail. Please help. -Michael
