I am about to install vbulletin in my space but before I download the program the vbulletin download wizard ( or whatever it is called ) asks.

If your server runs PHP as CGI and requires a shebang like #!/usr/bin/php?

I don't think that DH servers require this but I thought that I would ask?

I have also started a support ticket asking this question but it's been a day and a half and I haven't received a response.

It's set to run via php-cgi by default (unless you changed it). I don't think it should require it. It probably will require that you specify the path to php.
