Squirrelmail address bulk-delete

I've been looking for this and it's probably right in front of me, but is there a way to "bulk-delete" all addresses in the Squirrelmail address book? It seems I can only select things one at a time. I've turned on the "Javascript" setting in the Options but that doesn't seem to do it. I'm basically trying to export my personal address book and import it into Squirrelmail. Since there's no "sync" option, this is the next best thing I can do. Thanks in advance for the help. I bet it's just some easy setting that I'm missing.

In Squirrelmail, if you click to "Addresses," you can select one or more of your address book entries. The two options you have are to "Edit selected" and "Delete selected."

You want to select all your names and click on "Delete selected."
