WP post by email

I have wordpress going on my site at www.mysite.com/blog. I followed the tutorial seen here...

I sent an email to the secret blog email address, and confirmed it is there by using webmail.
I tried setting the email to the secret name and the mxxxxxx both with the domain name and without. Checked and reset my setting but I still get "There doesn’t seem to be any new mail." when I check wp-mail.php.
Anyone know what I am missing?
