Drupal Installation

Hey everyone,
I am doing a Drupal installation (I have done lots before) and seem to get stuck on the database setup. I can confirm that my DB, user name, password and DB host name are all 100%. When I click to proceed it looks like it just refreshes the screen and doesn't proceed.
Dreamhost support pointed me to the forums because I am installing it (so I can fully customize it).
Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas?
