Random troubles on Wordpress

I have random problems on Wordpress with wordpress blogs installed (different versions, different themes, different users blog)
I can not change some settings such as passwords, widgets, contents, etc ... it seems that the records are locked on the database some time but sometime not, did you see something like this?
