Internal Server Error

I keep getting this error on all my websites.
They don't have too much access, but everytime i contact DH support, they say it's something with my website.
But they don't say what it's.
I use Magento, Wordpress and Joomla.
All of them are runing slow or I get 500 Internal Server Error.
Last time they did answer me, they said I should move to PS DH.
I mean, it's not too much people opening it, even on my old freehost It was better. But I used to get some downtimes. Now it's been worse.
I don't know why, but server load is too high:
