Setting up a Weave 0.3 Server on Dreamhost

Has anyone tried, or is it even possible to, setup a Weave 0.3 server on Dreamohst (directions https://wiki.mozilla.org/Labs/Weave/0.3/Setup/Server)

It looks like you need access to Apache configurations, and I'm not sure if that means I would need a PS.

Generally most servers run in the background when no browser is accessing it. If that is the case then it is not allowed on a shared server. To my knowledge there isn't such a limitation on a PS, but best to ask Dreamhost.
