Anyone can recomend a opensource app to provide Chat support to my webage? I want to create a webstore with zencart but I would also like phone and chat support for customers.

Are you looking specifically for a chat script or a support script? I know of a few free chat scripts.

I want to give support to customers via webchat, so something like IRC (everyone on the same room) won't work.
