Recovering databases?

Last night, I upgraded to phpbb 2.0.9 and everything went smooth but when I tried to add a mod (phpbb plus 1.5), I killed my message board. Unfortunately, I hadn't backed up my database. Does dreamhost have a recovery system? Is all lost? Please help. Thanks!
