Custom PHP5 With FreeTDS

I've been stuck with this trouble (custom php5+freetds)for almost a week now, really need advice/help/service for installing my own custom php5 with freeTDS module/any 3rd party module that enable to make connection via php.mssql-connect. i've read almost all the guides in wiki/other forums...none of those work. hope any expert read this and could provide some help. thx
