Problem getting Dircaster php script to work

Everyone seems to agree the dircaster php script is very easy to install and use, but I've tried installing it many times now and keep getting the same error message, seemingly regardless of what I edit in the config_inc.php file, from feedvalidator.org. The error message is as follows:
