I have just come on as webmaster for an organization with an account on DreamHost. They have inquired about the possibility of setting up a couple of small listservs here. I have used Mailman to advantage in the past, but I am also aware that some Web hosts are not all that thrilled about having listservs run on their servers. Can anyone tell me if running Mailman on DreamHost is acceptable?

As a Dreamhost member, you have access to a globally managed installation of MailMan.
