I have installed wordpress blogs into subdomains before without any problems, but I would like to install a new wordpress blog in a subfolder.
i.e. www.mywebsite.com/blog-subfolder
Does anybody know how I can do this in Dreamhost?

Do you want to do it using the One-Click Install feature?
If so, then just specify the subdirectory in the appropriate text box in the "Install To:" section of the One-Click Install. It's right next to the drop-down where you specify the domain for the install.
What are 50DISK50, 3DOM50, and 1IP1DOM50?
